2023 Burnaby Minor Lacrosse AGM

The 2023 BMLC AGM will be held on-line via Zoom so attendees must register in advance and a meeting code will be sent to you October 31st. Attendees can log into the waiting room starting at 6:30 pm. As attendance is taken you will be moved into the meeting for the 7:00 pm start. Registration and nomination forms are available by emailing Susan at skirkby@telus.net.

Executive position nominations are required in advance – no nominations will be accepted at the AGM. 

​

2023 Executive positions up for election are:

• President (1 year balance of 2 year term)

• 1st Vice President (2 year term)

• 2nd Vice President (1 year term)

• 3rd Vice President (1 year term)

• Secretary (1 year term)

• 4 Directors (1 year term)

AGM registration deadline is October 29th, 2023

Executive Position Nominations deadline is October 18th, 2023

We are also looking for volunteers to help us with several volunteer positions for the upcoming 2023 season. Without the help of our members, our club can not run efficiently. Any help you can give will assist in our players continuing to have the very best experience possible playing lacrosse in Burnaby.

Attendance doesn't mean you wish to take on a duty - all members are welcome to attend just to listen or speak.
