Volunteer Sign-Up
Running a tournament of this size takes many volunteers, and we truly appreciate every person who steps up to help. Before opening sign-ups to the entire club, we are giving our U11 families first access to the volunteer slots.
We kindly ask each family with a player in the tournament to sign up for a minimum of 4 volunteer hours over the 4-day event. You do not need to volunteer during your own child’s game—we want you cheering in the stands!
Students can receive volunteer hours, and I’m happy to sign forms as needed.
