Floor & Box Allocations

Please note:

·         Schedules are view-only to maintain accuracy

·         Managers are the only point of contact for all returns and requests (please let me know who your
          manager will be -name/email/cell# once you have such if you haven't already shared that info)

 

Manager Responsibilities

Managers must review their team’s allocations (home games and practices) and ensure:

·         Allocation is correct

·         If times have been bumped (Senior Lakers & non-lacrosse users), then games need to be rescheduled

·         Start/end dates align with facility permits (these vary by location)

·         Weekend times not needed due to tournaments are returned (or any allocated times)

·         Times that conflict with away games are returned

Returning Unused Time

The City of Burnaby requires a minimum of two weeks’ notice for returned times in order to issue a credit to our account. As a not-for-profit organization, returning unused floor time helps reduce overall costs.

Requesting Floor Time

Teams may request any green time slots on the allocation sheets for:

·         TBR (rescheduled games)

·         Additional practices

Important:

·         TBR requests take priority over practices

·         Additional practices may be bumped if needed

How to Submit a Request

Please include:

·         Team name (e.g., U9 #2, U11A2, U15B, U13B Female)

·         Manager name

·         Indicate RETURNING or REQUESTING

·         Indicate GAME (TBR/reschedule) or PRACTICE (additional)

 

1.       Provide the facility/date/timeslot

 

Response Time

·         An acknowledgment will be sent shortly after your email is received

·         Confirmation of requests may take several hours
